Eligibility
You may request a cancellation as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Items
All orders are packed using tamper-proof packaging.
To be eligible for a refund due to damage, you must record a continuous, uncut video of the entire unboxing process, starting from the sealed package. The tamper-proof seal must be clearly visible in the video.
If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, do not accept the package.
Claims made using only images or partial evidence will not be accepted.
If the packaging has been opened before recording, the claim may be rejected.
Trading Card Condition & Grading Policy
All trading cards listed on our platform are graded solely based on our internal grading standards. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the assigned grade and the product images provided at the time of purchase.
If the delivered card matches the listed grade (e.g., Grade B), it will not be considered defective and will not be eligible for a refund or return.
If the delivered card is determined by us to be of a lower condition than the grade advertised (e.g., Grade B ordered but Grade C delivered), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund equivalent to the price difference between the respective grades.
Our grading system is subjective and internally defined, and we do not adhere to any third-party grading standards. No fixed or universal criteria exist for what constitutes specific grades (e.g., Grade B or Grade C).
All cards are sold based on the images provided. Minor imperfections, wear, or condition details that are visible in the product images but not explicitly described shall not be considered defects. We do not accept claims regarding unmentioned or overlooked imperfections if they are consistent with the assigned grade or visible in the listing images.
In rare or exceptional cases, we reserve the right to resolve issues on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the product images and accept the assigned grade and condition of the card.

Incorrect Item Delivered
If you receive a different item than what you ordered, a full unboxing video is required as proof.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Order Not Fulfilled
If we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued automatically.
Important
All approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
